Haircuts

The pricing below applies to trims and regular maintenance cuts, which include shampoo, cut, and style. For clients seeking a completely new style, the price begins at $100. Please note, pricing may vary based on hair thickness, length, or texture (e.g., extremely thick or long hair). The prices listed are starting points and may increase depending on these factors.

  • Short Hair: (above chin) - $85+

  • Medium Hair:(below chin, above collarbone) - $95+

  • Long or Extra Thick Hair: - $100+

Color Services

Every service I offer is personalized with intention, creativity, and care. I specialize in custom color that enhances your natural beauty while honoring the health and integrity of your hair.

To make sure pricing is transparent and fair, I use SalonScale to measure the exact amount of color used during your service. This means you only pay for what your hair actually needs—no more, no less.

All color services include a haircut and style.
The prices below reflect the base service rate by hair length. Color product cost is added based on usage, and I’ve included average ranges to help you plan ahead.

Pricing

Single Process Color :

A root touch-up or all-over in one shade. Includes a haircut and style.

  • Short Hair (above chin) : $175 + avg. $10-$12 in color

  • Medium Hair (below chin, above collarbone) : $200 + avg. $10-$13 in color

  • Long or Extra Thick Hair: $225 + avg. $13-$20 in color

    Add-ons like toner, root smudge or extra color may increase the color cost to $25+

Mini custom color :

Partial highlights, lowlights, or a dimensional refresh. Includes cut and style.

  • Short Hair: (above chin ) : $225 + avg. $4-$10 in color

  • Medium Hair:(below chin, above collarbone) : $275 + avg. $9-$20 in color

  • Long or Extra Thick Hair: $325 + avg. $12-$25 in color

    with toner, lowlights, or shadow root, color costs may reach $35-$40 for thicker hair

    Full custom color :

Lived-in blonding, full highlights, or major color transformations. Includes a haircut and style.

  • Short Hair: (above chin ) : $250 + avg. $10-$20 in color

  • Medium Hair:(below chin, above collarbone ) : $300 + avg. $20-$30 in color

  • Long or Extra Thick Hair: $350 + avg. $24-$45+ in color

  • For thick or high-maintenance blending, color cost can go up to $50

  • Express Gloss:

    Perfect for a quick refresh between color appointments.

       Applied in the shampoo bowl to tone, neutralize brassiness, or add shine.

      •    Includes blow-dry + style.

    •    Short: $100 + product cost

     •    Medium: $110 + product cost

     •    Long: $120 + product cost

    Custom Color Gloss:

    For when you need a root shade and a different tone through the ends — applied like a color service for a deeper refresh.

      •    Includes root gloss + end gloss, blow-dry + style. Applied in the chair with sectioning and multiple formulas.

     •    Short: $150 + product cost

      •    Medium: $160 + product cost

       •    Long: $175 + product cost

    Product costs are calculated using SalonScale and vary based on hair length, density, and the amount of color used.

Appointments

Autumn Joy Salon recommends that clients take the time to reschedule their next appointment(s) before they leave the salon in an effort to reserve the date and time that best fits your schedule. We also offer online booking for your convince 24/7. If appointments aren’t available during your desired date and time, we will add your name to a cancellation list and in the event of a cancellation, you will be contacted by phone, email, or text.

Salon Etiquette & Children

Autumn Joy Salon reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct, tardiness, no shows, or any other situation we deem inappropriate.Our waiting area is cozy, and will only accommodate a few people. Please limit the number of people who are waiting for you during your appointment. Children are not permitted in the salon at any time unless they are receiving a service. Children receiving a service cannot be left unattended in the salon. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Confirmations, Late Arrivals & Cancellations

While it is not always possible to contact each client personally , you will receive confirmation of your hair appointment in advance by our online booking system (via email or text). The online booking system is set up to send out reminders 72-hours in advance and again in 24-hours for your convenience. If you have to cancel your appointment, a 24-Hour notice for cuts and a 48-Hour notice for color is required . If cancellations are made outside the 24 to 48 hour window there will be a 50% charge of the service booked. A missed appointment means loss of revenue for the stylist and loss of availability for other clients waiting to get in . Any missed appointment or No-Show will be charged 100% of the service that was booked. Late Arrivals more than 15 minutes may need to forego parts of their scheduled service (haircut or blowout) to ensure on-time service for subsequent clients. Clients more than 30 minutes late will be charged a fee of 50% of the booked service and will need to reschedule.

We accept all major credit cards, or cash. Personal checks are not accepted.

Services Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your color and cutting service, please call and schedule a complimentary redo within 72 hours. The redo policy doesn’t cover a change in the style or color. Full service price applies after 72 hours. All guarantees will be determined by the stylist. We do not offer refunds for any hair services. Autumn Joy Salon will not be liable nor redo hair color that has been done outside of our salon.  Corrective color usually requires more than one service to achieve desired results.  Because of the nature of home-coloring products, we cannot guarantee color services if the client has previously had color done outside of our salon.

Products

There are NO returns or exchanges of products purchased at Autumn Joy  Salon. We will gladly allow you to take home samples of any available products of interest. If you are sensitive to scents or ingredients, this policy will allow you to try before you buy.

There are no exchanges, returns or refunds brushes, discounted items, & Gift Cards.
